This is Palamida’s Export Compliance Product statement and represents commodities, technology, and software with their respective Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), and applicable license exception as per the United States Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulation (EAR).

All information on this page is strictly a recommendation to the user, and should be used in conjunction with the Export Administration Regulations when classifying Palamida’s commodities, technology and software for export purposes.

The Commerce Department has determined that this product is classified under the provisions of ECCN 5D002.c.1 of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), is an “unrestricted” commodity, and is eligible for export under License Exception ENC to any end-user in all countries of the world except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

The Commerce Department has determined that this product is classified under the provisions of ECCN 5D002.c.1 of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), is an “unrestricted” commodity, and is eligible for export under License Exception ENC and may be exported to any end user, including government end users, in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.



PROHIBITED DESTINATIONS
The U.S. holds complete embargoes against Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

The exportation, r-exportation, sale or supply, directly or indirectly, from the United States, or by a U.S. person wherever located, of any Palamida software, technology (including technical data), or services to any of these countries is strictly prohibited without prior authorization by the U.S. Government.

ENHANCED PROLIFERATION CONTROL INITIATIVE (EPCI)
It's prohibited to allow certain countries to use Palamida products in the design, development, production or use of nuclear, missiles, and chemical and biological weapons and technology without proper authorization from the U.S. Government. This applies to all countries, EXCEPT Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (includes San Marino and Holy See), Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, and United Kingdom.

DENIED PARTIES
Palamida products may not be exported or re-exported to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List.
