Sales Account Executive

West Coast

 

The Sales Account Executive (SAE) will lead Palamida's sales strategy and revenue achievement for Federal and Commercial accounts in the West Region. A self-starter who has experience in building a sales team, establish sales channel partnership with ISV, SI and Resellers; generate customer leads, qualify all lead opportunities, execute winning client engagements to the executive management with Enterprise clients and Federal Agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall relationship with the client from the initial engagement through contract negotiations and into a long-term win-win relationship
  • Generate value proposition with clients and partners and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Manage a technical pre-sales and delivery team and oversee all other aspects of client engagements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 9 years successful track record in Enterprise software sales, consulting and solution selling experience with a focus on Senior Management is required
  • A self-starter who can demonstrate success in closing large, complex, conceptual sales transactions required through consistently exceeding quotas
  • Proven strong technical skills in Open Source and 3rd party ISV products are required
  • Effective selling skills and excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Travel as necessary with client engagements
Education

BS in Business Administration or a technical Field

MBA preferred
