Palamida Appoints Vice President of Engineering
Industry Veteran Bennett Barouch to Oversee Product Design and Development, Further Advance Company's Leading IP Integrity Software

PalamidaTM, a provider of software intellectual property (IP) management and compliance products and services, today announced the appointment of Bennett Barouch to vice president of engineering. With more than 25 years of extensive high-tech industry experience, Barouch will oversee product design, architecture, development and delivery.

Previously, Barouch was vice president of engineering at iPass, Inc., where he successfully directed a staff of more than 100 to excellence in product development. Before that Barouch served as vice president of engineering at Comergent Technologies, Inc., where he led development of the company’s Distributed E-Business System, advancing the company to a Gartner-recognized market visionary. Prior to Comergent, Barouch was vice president of engineering at General Magic, Inc., where under his leadership its products were honored as part of the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution for Outstanding Achievement in Information Technology in 2000. Barouch is a patent holder in the area of IC design automation.
